Equality and Human Rights Commission
Working with the COI on the launch of the Equality and Human Rights Commission website, we wrote copy for 100+ pages based on a disparate range of source material from three existing public bodies. As part of the content migration, we ensured that conventions of formatting and style, and strict accessibility standards, were applied consistently at all times. We also provided on-site editorial resource to the Commission in the weeks leading up to launch.

Email marketing
We produce email marketing content for a wide range of consumer and B2B clients. Here's an example:
The Carphone Warehouse Mobile Insider
Aon
We took Aon plc's range of insurance products aimed at media and entertainment professionals, and restructured the content for ease of navigation and greater findability. We clustered benefits and policy elements into realistic, relevant scenarios, and introduced a language and tone of voice that the intended audience could easily relate to.

Energy Saving Trust

Fortune Cookie
We helped Fortune Cookie develop its own online tone of voice and language guidelines. Then we wrote the copy for its website, following both!
